This would make it only the 3rd Japanese restaurant chain in about 40 years that I know of to come to Colorado
The others were Yoshinoya (Beef Bowl) back in 1975, Gyu-kaku in 2019 (Also near Union Station), and now Jinya Ramen Bar a Japanese/Japanese-American chain.
